The Aditya Empress Towers Flat Owners Cooperative Maintenance Society Limited was founded in 2020 with the active participation of the residents of AET as the builder Aditya Construction Company had not completed much of the promised amenities and was not maintaining the society upto the standards befitting a premier gated community and stopped maintenance of the society abruptly in 2020. It is registered under the Registrar of Societies with the Registration number TAB-344 (Flat Owners).
Ever since March 2020, residents have pooled in funds for development and maintenance of the society to bring it to a level where residents can be at least happy about the facilities. The builder, ACC Limited, has continued to default on all maintenance payments since the inception of the society and take over of all maintenance of AET by the same.
Currently the Society is being managed by a Managing Committee team which has been formed in December 2022. The members are:
