We are pleased to inform you all that the repairs of the girders covering the drains has been completed and B2 is ready for full usage. Also note that proper signages to indicate the exit & entry are now in place with good lighting. We hereby ask residents that all vehicles are to be parked in the parking slots designated/ allocatted to the flat starting this Sunday 2nd of May.
Kindly note that post 2nd May, an interim time of one week is given to all residents to get used to parking in the designated slots only. After 9th May, vehicles parked other than designated parking spaces ( ie, in open areas, visitor parking spots, driveways or parking lots of other flats ) would attract a penalty of Rs.250/- per instance of such noticed event till the vehicle is removed and parked in the designated slot.
Please do note that Entry and Exit ramps are unidirectional.
