Aditya Empress Towers will be migrating to NobrokerHood (NBH) as the community management app with effect from June 1st, 2025. All Gate entries, communication, notices and payments will be handled through NBH.
NobrokerHood has been proven to be a robust and easy to use app and we are being provided an end to end community management package, which includes Gate & Visitor Management, ERP and Internal Communication. In addition to this, NBH will also be installing and integrating Park+ branded Boom Barriers with the app for effective gate entry and exit management.

Steps to follow after downloading
- Click on Get Started
- Enter Contact Details
- Enter your Email Address
- Press Sign up and Enter OTP
- Type and Select your Society Aditya Empress Towers
- Select your Flat and fill Occupancy Status.
- Press Submit
- After being approved by the admin, all features can be used.
Quick Help
Residents who are being shown as inactive OR if you are facing issues with gate notifications, please Troubleshoot the app so that it will ask for notification permissions again.
Please do below steps.
Click on 3 lines on top left –> click on name –> scroll down and click on Troubleshoot app –> give the required permissions.
Check these Settings under App Settings for NBH:
Battery restrictions – No restrictions (So that the app is not put in sleep mode by the phone)
Display over other apps – Yes (To show Approval Screen over other apps)
Turn off permissions if not in use — No (Any other permissions; ignore if unsure)
