AET Vehicle Parking Rules

All residents are requested to follow these guidelines while parking their vehicles. Anyone violating the Traffic rules will be subject to fines of Rs 100/day per offence with effect from 1st February, 2025.

  1. All Resident vehicles (2w / 4w) are to be registered on the MyGate app.
  2. All Resident vehicles (2w / 4w) should have official AETFOCMSL stickers prominently displayed. These can be obtained from the AET office at ClubHouse Ground floor.
  3. All residents must park their vehicles in their respective allocated slots only. Please do not park on other slots unless you have a proper understanding with the allottee of that slot.
  4. All residents must park their 2 wheelers also in their allocated slots only.
  5. No resident vehicles must be parked in areas demarcated for visitors/guests.
  6. All residents must park their vehicles within the yellow line marking of their slots leaving enough gap for adjacent vehicle movement and door space.
  7. Please be careful not to block other parking slots or driveways.
  8. Resident vehicles parked in other’s slots or in visitor parking areas are liable to be towed away.
  9. Resident vehicles parked in other’s slots/no parking zones/visitor parking areas are liable to be fined at the rate of Rs.100/day.
  10. Residents are advised to drive at a maximum speed of 10kmph in the basements and follow correct Entry & Exit order of ramps.
  11. Residents violating Exit/Entry ramp rules are putting others’ lives at danger and are liable to be penalised.
  12. Please advise your drivers and cleaners (if any) to follow the parking rules.

Entry & Exit Ramps

The following ramps are to be used correctly for Basement Entry and Exits.

A Block Ramp (near Gate 3) – Entry to Basements
A Block Ramp (near Vijetha) – Exit from Basements
B Block Ramp – Exit from Basements
C Block Ramp – Entry to Basements
D Block Ramp – Exit from Basements
E Block Ramp – Entry to Basement

Visitor Car Parking Zones

  1. East of D – Block (Facing Rainbow Apts) – 12 slots
  2. Behind C – Block ( Facing under construction blocks) – 5 slots
  3. Between A & B blocks (adjacent to ramp and towards Villa gate) – 5 + 4 slots
  4. Along Club House lawns – 11 slots

Visitor 2-Wheeler Parking Zones

  1. East of E – Block (facing Rainbow apt)
  2. Between D & C blocks
  3. Behind B block (facing villas)
