Aditya Empress Towers is currently MyGate as the community management app. MyGate has been proven to be more robust and easy to use and we are being provided an end to end community management package, which includes Gate & Visitor Management, ERP and Internal Communication.

Steps to follow after downloading

1. Open the MyGate app
2. Click on Sign up
3. Enter mobile number and confirm with OTP.
4. Go to Add Flat option and select city as Hyderabad, then select property as Aditya Empress Towers – Hyd and choose your block and flat number.
5. Select flat status as Residing/Not residing /Let out.
6. If you have been using same mobile number with NBH, your registration is pre-approved and you can use the app.
7. If you have not used NBH, or are using another number, your registration needs approval by admin. Plz upload flat documents (like Elec bill/Prop tax bill/sale deed/EC) to enable fast verification. Tenants can upload Rental Agreement copy.
8. Once approved, you can add family members if status is Residing or tenants if status is let out.
